What if I don't like this month's box?

+  Don't fret! We offer alternatives for monthly box items, including bottles of our Ferino spirits and curated barware.

 

How do I choose an alternative box?

+  All members will receive an email when the monthly box choices are live, where you can choose which box you'd like to get that month!

 

What if I have a food allergy?

+  If there's concern about the ingredients in a cocktail, please email us! We'd love to let you know if it is safe for you to drink, and provide you with an alternative if possible.

 

Where is local delivery offered?

+  We can delivery the Club Ferino Box to any residence in the Reno/Sparks area.

 

What if I'm not home when my package is delivered?

+  If you're not available for the delivery time, you can pick up your Club Ferino Box in-store!

Can you leave the package on my doorstep?

+  Unfortunately, we cannot - we are required to check ID upon delivery.

How can I change my billing information?

+  Let us know via private email if you'd like to change your billing information, and we can update it for you through ReCharge, our recurring charge service.
